Virtual Speech Therapy

We love to hear from you!

Each one of our students has unique needs. We want to hear directly from you about your child's learning profile, what has worked in the past, what has not worked, and what their interest are. This initial consultation is important for us to ensure that we will work with your child is the way that is most effective and comfortable for them!

Your initial 30-minute consultation will take place via phone call or zoom, and this is when we will listen to whatever you feel is important to share with us. Additionally, we will provide more details about our services such as pricing, lesson frequency, scheduling, data tracking, etc...

Our speech-language pathologists will need some baseline data before the creat a treatment plan for your child. If you have previously had testing completed through your school district or another private company, we will kindly ask you to share that with us.

If you do not have any formal assessment data, we can give you information about our Comprehensive Language Evaluations.

At LD Expert, we pride ourselves on being fexible and accommodating with scheduling. Our team of teachers can see students during the school day, after school, or in the evenings. We will work with you to find days and times that fit your busy lifestyle and match your student with a teacher that meets their scheduling needs, and feels like a good fit based on personality and specializations.

LD Expert, LLC strives for professionalism in all of our operations. Our Family Speech Therapy Contracts can be signed digitally, and will be sent to you through DocuSign. Contractual periods are Fall Semester, Spring Semester, and Summer.

At any time, you are permitted to make changes to your schedule or decide that our services are not a good fit for your family. Even though your contract is signed for a whole semester. we just ask for two-weeks notice to terminate the contract without any early termination fees.

Once we have received your signed contract, sessions can offically begin! Your will senpathologist you an introduction email that includes instructions about how to log into their Zoom Meeting Room.

LD Expert has two convenient ways to pay for your sessions: PayPal or Venmo. Sessions are pre-paid, and you can choose to be invoiced on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Invoices will be sent directly to your email, and will include a link to pay the balance via PayPal. If you prefer to pay via Venmo, your invoice will also have instructions about how to submit payment that way as well.
